Coral Yachts is a Yachts Management and New Build Yachts Supervision Company. It was established in March 2020 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, U. A.E. Coral Yachts is a subsidiary unit of Das Holding Group, which is a leading player in the real estate business & investment Company in Abu Dhabi. Coral Yachts management team possess wider knowledge in managing super yachts over 100m including new build yacht supervision.
Technical Services on board, arrangements for the upkeep of the Yachts, Supervision of dry docking, repairs, alterations and general maintenance, class renewals and management of spare parts.
Ensure that the Yachts complies with the laws of the flag state and the classification society, ISM , ISPS, MLC, Itinerary Scheduling , organization of transits including security arrangements, harbour , berthing, and agent arrangements as well as policy management for the Yacht.
Preparation of operational cost budget including 5 years forecast, monthly reports (budget Vs actuals), setup of customized accounting system for the maintenance of records, organise audited financial statements, Adhoc/Management reports
Procurement spare parts & services, consumables, MGO Fuel & Lubricants, and Inventory management
Arrangement of hull & machinery, War risk, GOA transit Insurance, Protection & Indemnity, Crew health insurance, claims handling …etc.
Crew Structure proposal, arranging the setup with the crew manager, crew recruiting and employment, payroll services, crew certificates monitoring, crew training, crew travel,…etc.
Upkeep of interior relevant items and areas, interior training documentation, inspections and reporting.
Ensure that VSAT / GSM & IT security services are with very high stranded, no connectivity interruption and entertainment equipment are readily available for the usage including subscriptions
Looking for potential charters for covering the operational expenses of the Yacht and ensure the high level of customer /guest satisfaction
Identify the Owner’s wish and Budget, and negotiate and placement of Ship Building contract Coordination of ship building process until delivery and reporting to the Owner representatives
Owner’s wish on the new build will be discussed with Yacht designer and establish a communication protocol between designer and the yacht builder and monitoring the process until completion of the construction
Prepare the Capital Budget proposal for the new build yacht and monitoring of disbursements according to the mile stage payments and record keeping including producing of audited financial statement Ensure that Project will be completed with in the budget and time
Arranging finance facilities from the lending institutions with attractive interest rates and ensure that debts services are being served in time
Set up site team to supervise the Yacht under construction and including two-way good communications protocol between the ship builder and site team
Yacht will be prepared in-terms of owner supply, crew supply , general supply, ISM documentation & compliances, insurance arrangement, agency appointments… etc. in order to receiving the yacht and ready for sailing
